Enquiries will be retained for a minimum period of 1 year following the date of enquiry, and for a maximum period of 10 year following date of enquiry.

If you ask us to delete your personal information, we will respect your request and delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions provided such as the exercise by another consumer of his or her rights to free speech, our compliance requirements resulting from legal obligation or any processing that may be required to protect against legal activities. 

The right to restrict processing- You have the right to request that MyPulse restricts the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions. 

The right to object processing- You have the right to object to our company’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions. 

The right to data portability- You have the right to request we transfer the data that we have collected to another organisation, or directly to you, under certain conditions.    

The right to withdraw consent- In the limited circumstances where you have provided your consent to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal information for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw your consent for that specific processing at any time. Once we have received notification that you have withdrawn your consent we will no longer process your information for the purpose or purposes you originally agreed to, unless we have another legitimate basis for doing so in law.
